About the Opportunity

The Assistant Manager will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the store while ensuring exceptional customer service and store performance. This is a hands-on role, where you will lead by example, motivate a dedicated team, and work alongside the Store Manager to drive sales and operational efficiency.

Salary

The estimated salary for this position is between $60,000 to $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Job Description

  • Assist the Store Manager in achieving sales targets and understanding retail KPIs.
  • Oversee inventory management and ensure that visual merchandising standards are consistently met.
  • Train and develop team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Contribute to the creation of a positive and collaborative store culture.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a supervisory or management role within the retail industry, preferably in fashion or intimates.
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to build lasting relationships with customers.
