We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Shared Service Support Officer to join our team in Wollongong. As a key member of our Procurement, Shared Services Team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers through various channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, referencing shared service knowledge articles to ensure consistency.
  • Elevate complex enquiries and transactions to ensure timely and effective resolution.
  • Provide regular feedback to customers on the progress of their enquiries and transactions.
  • Collaborate with multiple service lines as required.
  • Effectively utilize computerized systems to triage, refer, or escalate work tasks, enter data, and maintain records.
  • Participate in quality assessments and operational discussions.
About You

To succeed in this role, you will possess a strong background in customer service and administration, with excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers. Your skills and experience should include:

  • Demonstrated knowledge and/or experience in a customer-centric service organization.
  • Ability to adapt to new processes and procedures as technology and service requirements evolve.
  • Experience using multiple computer-based systems and ability to learn new systems with ease.
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to work within a team environment.
  • Administration, finance, and contact centre experience is highly desirable.
