Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Contract Manager to join our Asset Management branch of the Built Environment. This role will be responsible for managing facilities service contracts with a proactive approach to delivery and oversight.

The Contract Manager will oversee performance and compliance functions in accordance with the terms and conditions of contracts, ensuring that all service users have uninterrupted access to our facilities.

This is a key position within our organization, and we are looking for an individual with strong stakeholder relationship management skills, strategic thinking, and a commitment to quality assurance.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated experience in managing service contracts across a large multi-site organization
  • Facilities management experience with competency in resolving contractual issues and disputes
  • High level of administrative expertise with demonstrated ability in report writing, presentations, and financial forecasting
  • Excellent financial skills with demonstrated experience in budgeting, financial analysis, and tracking service provider billing as per contract terms
  • Demonstrated experience in using data and analytics to track service provider performance and support decision making
  • Experience managing service expectations, collaborating with Facilities Managers, and internal and external stakeholders
