Job Summary

This is a dynamic opportunity for an experienced Facilities Contract Manager to join our team and play a key role in managing facilities service contracts.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the performance and compliance functions of contracts, ensuring that CSV's facilities remain fully operational without disruption.

We are seeking a highly motivated individual with strong interpersonal and communication skills, who can collaborate with Facilities Managers and internal/external stakeholders to manage service expectations.

About the Role

This role operates within the Asset Management (AM) branch of Built Environment (BE). AM provides strategic planning, reporting and operational support services to manage current and future facility and asset management requirements for CSV.

The Contract Manager will be responsible for management of facilities service contracts (ESM, Mechanical and Lifts/Escalators) with a proactive approach to delivery and oversight, strong stakeholder relationship management skills, strategic thinking, and commitment to quality assurance.

About You
  • Demonstrated experience in management of service contracts across a large multi-site organisation
  • Facilities management experience with competency in resolving contractual issues and disputes
  • High Level of Administrative expertise with demonstrated ability in report writing, presentations and financial forecasting
  • Excellent financial skills with demonstrated experience in budgeting, financial analysis and tracking service provider billing as per contract terms
  • Demonstrated experience in using data and analytics to track service provider performance and support decision making
  • Experience managing service expectations, collaborating with Facilities Managers and internal and external stakeholders
