About our organization
This role falls within the Asset Management branch of the Built Environment division. The Asset Management department provides strategic planning, reporting, and operational support services to manage current and future facility and asset management requirements.
Role Overview:
The Facilities Contract Manager will be responsible for managing facilities service contracts with a proactive approach to delivery and oversight, strong stakeholder relationship management skills, strategic thinking, and commitment to quality assurance to ensure our facilities remain fully operational without disruption.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing large services contracts
- Facilities management (hard and soft services)
- Collaborating across specialist disciplines to resolve contractual issues
- Reviewing and analyzing data, including presentation skills
- Overseeing contract administration procedures
- Strong financial skills and budgeting experience
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
