
Small Business Partnerships Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an Agency Partner Manager. This role will be responsible for providing dedicated partner management to advertisers, consulting and coaching them towards success on our platform.
You will work closely with small and medium-sized agencies to optimize and improve the performance of their TikTok campaigns and identify programmatic ways to do this at scale.
This role requires developing strategies to improve advertiser performance, including consulting on advertiser's scale up, providing creative tips and best practices, and giving recommendations on budgeting and targeting.
Key responsibilities include managing advertisers at scale, monitoring their performance through tools and timely communication with clients, as well as identifying and removing blockers for advertiser growth.
Gathering insights from client interaction and effectively representing client needs to internal stakeholders is also a key part of this role.
Requirements:- 5+ years of marketing, media sales and/or online advertising experience with direct client management experience.
- Experience in the marketing/social media/advertising industry with a strong understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem.
- Prior experience working in a performance agency or business supporting the SME sector.
- Strong attention to detail and a proven ability to balance priorities and meet deadlines.
