Drive Growth as an ANZ Marketing Director

This strategic leadership role will be responsible for developing and executing regional marketing strategies, ensuring alignment with global objectives. Key areas of focus include:

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a marketing strategy for ANZ, focusing on growth, market share, and brand positioning.
  • Ai-Driven Marketing Automation: Utilise AI and automation tools to enhance marketing efficiency, personalisation, and spend optimisation.
  • Team Leadership: Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation and empowerment.
  • Customer Insights & Analytics: Use analytics to inform customer-centric marketing strategies, focusing on behaviour, preferences, and engagement.
  • Market Penetration: Increase brand awareness and market presence in ANZ through integrated campaigns that drive growth.

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • 10+ years of marketing experience, including 3+ years in leadership roles.
  • Proven success in marketing strategy within SaaS or technology environments.
  • Expertise in AI marketing automation and data-driven decision-making.
  • Strong skills in analytics, customer insights, and marketing optimisation.

We offer a competitive salary of around $160,000 per annum, flexible working arrangements, and a culture that values innovation, collaboration, and professional development.
