About the Role

This position is a full-time, permanent role located in Sydney. The Structured Capital Markets team originates, structures, arranges and assists in the distribution of securitisation transactions for ANZ's Institutional and Corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Provide assistance to SCM Executive Directors and Directors with origination and execution of warehouse and term ABS transactions.
  2. Use quantitative skills to ensure transactions are modelled in accordance with facility terms and rating agency criteria.
  3. Identify and design new products and existing product innovation to expand SCM capabilities.
  4. Identify target clients aligned to SCM's business writing strategy.
  5. Creation of tailored pitch books for current and prospective issuers.
  6. Strengthen client relationships through superior customer coverage and execution skills.
  7. Maintain and monitor securitisation facilities, ensuring compliance with facility terms and credit approvals.

Requirements

  1. Ability to comply with ANZ Values and Code of Conduct.
  2. History of strong relationship and client management skills.
  3. Proven track record in structured deal origination and execution.
  4. Securitisation modelling skills, including cashflow modelling and rating agency criteria.
  5. Strong understanding of structured finance techniques, securitisation rating agency criteria and debt capital markets distribution strategies.
  6. Good organiser with time management skills and ability to work across multiple transactions concurrently.
