Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Marketing Operations Manager to join our Sydney based Delivery Team. This role will support the marketing contribution to regional growth plans, sitting within the APAC marketing team, reporting into the Associate Director of Marketing for APAC.

About the Role

You will be responsible for planning, building, executing, optimising and reporting on enterprise and public sector field marketing activities in ANZ, working closely with the ANZ Sales Teams to align approaches to the current sales and marketing plans. It is expected that new logo acquisition and customer defend and grow activities are key elements of the program.

Your Responsibilities

  • Ideally you will have 7+ years experience in B2B Marketing for a large technology company, with experience in marketing to federal government and large enterprise segments being important.
  • You will need a relevant degree in Business or Marketing, prior experience working in small but dynamic APAC marketing teams being a MUST.
  • Experience building strong relationships and communicating with all stakeholders across the region/globally is essential.
  • You will plan and execute field marketing programs & campaigns through various channels to drive brand awareness and demand generation from the enterprise segment in ANZ.
  • Utilise light touch 1:1 ABM approaches to defend and grow key accounts.
  • Leverage global content in campaigns and create specific enterprise content from time-to-time, including podcasts, articles, videos.
  • Ensure that brand and identity is adhered to in campaigns that are launched in-region.
  • Manage relevant agencies and internal stakeholders with clear briefs and timely communication.
  • Manage campaigns to a budget and report quarterly on campaign contribution, effectiveness and ROI.

We offer a wide range of IT services in Security, infrastructure and Systems Integration to a diverse customer base throughout Australia, New Zealand, SE Asia, North America and Europe. Our salary range for this position is between $120,000-$180,000 per annum, depending on experience.
