The Role We're Hiring For

We're seeking an experienced Customer Experience Manager to join our team and support our customers through their property transactions. This role is pivotal to our business as it ensures the success of our customers' journeys from search to settlement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of 8-10 to maintain high customer satisfaction ratings.
  • Coach, mentor, and develop team members to effectively support customers through their largest financial transactions.
  • Lead the team to meet individual KPIs while delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Build strong relationships with law firm partners to provide outstanding conveyancing services.
  • Analyse data to improve team performance and customer experiences.
  • Manage complex customer complaints or escalations.
  • Take ownership of change management delivery within the team.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated leadership experience leveraging coaching and other techniques to support a high-performance team.
  • 3-5 years' experience leading a customer experience or customer service team.
  • A commitment to providing exceptional customer service and creating a customer-centric culture.
  • Strong analytical capability to generate data insights for decision-making.
  • Exceptional team player with empathy for home buyers.
