Course Guidance Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Course Guidance Specialist to join our team and contribute to the success of our students.

About Us:

  • We are a private education provider specialising in Higher Education, offering external programs in counselling, community services, financial counselling, and business courses.
  • Our staff are passionate about assisting individuals develop their skills to support others in leading happier, healthier lives.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Build relationships with course enquirers to encourage enrolment using a consultative approach.
  2. Achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and maintain accurate records in our CRM System.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in a guidance or sales-based position.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Experience working with CRM systems to manage external client relationships is advantageous.
  • Background in the education sector is also desirable.
