Student Experience Adviser

The role of the Student Experience Adviser is to provide expert advice and guidance to students on their study pathways, while also promoting student progression and retention.

This involves performing outbound call initiatives, providing tailored support and guidance to students, and actively managing student retention through upsell and cross-sell opportunities.

As a key member of our team, you will contribute to a student-centric culture, upholding high standards of customer service and data integrity. You will work towards achieving KPIs on student retention, while also maintaining accurate records and upholding strong data integrity.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Performing outbound call initiatives to promote student progression and retention
  • Providing expert advice and guidance on study pathways
  • Actively managing student retention and identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities
  • Contributing to a student-centric culture and upholding high standards of customer service
  • Maintaining accurate records and upholding strong data integrity
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in customer service (essential)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (essential)
  • High-level written and oral communication skills (essential)
  • Ability to resolve difficult conversations and overcome objections
  • Ability to maintain high-volume workload in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent attention to detail with accurate data entry skills

Bonus qualifications include experience in an educational environment or an outbound contact centre.
