Career Guidance Specialist

**About the Role**
We are seeking a Career Guidance Specialist to support students' educational needs.
The successful candidate will work collaboratively with teachers, counselors and other support staff to ensure students receive comprehensive guidance and support.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Conducting student assessments to identify learning difficulties or disabilities;
- Developing individualized plans to support students' educational and career goals;
- Providing guidance on Senior Education and Training (SET) planning, career development and future pathway options;
- Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to policies and regulations regarding student records.
The specialist will also be required to participate in regular supervision to ensure ongoing professional support and development.
