The ideal candidate will have experience in course development, particularly in the Vocational Education Sector. This position involves collaborating with industry specialists, conducting research, and creating high-quality learning materials.

About the Role
  • Liaise with content/industry specialists involved in course development
  • Conduct research for learning and assessment materials as required
  • Develop and review core learning and assessment materials including written materials, webinars, videos, assessment activities, facilitator (answer) guides and readings
  • Proof all learning materials and assessments for formatting, educational and grammatical correctness
  • Develop and review support materials for new courses
Requirements
  • Qualifications in a relevant field (e.g. naturopathy, nutrition, dietetics, massage, fitness, allied health, health & wellness, etc.)
  • 2 years full time industry experience (voluntary or paid) in a relevant field
  • Course development experience (preferably in the Vocational Education Sector)
  • Well-developed communication, writing and interpersonal skills
  • Good level of computer literacy
