Job Title: Trust Account Administrator

Reporting to: General Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Trust Account Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our administrative staff, you will be responsible for managing trust accounts, processing transactions, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage trust accounts, including daily tenant receipting, tenant reconciliations, and monthly tenant invoicing
  • Process accounts payable and accounts receivable, including coding supplier invoices and entering supplier invoices
  • Provide administrative support to the Property Administrator and other administrative staff
  • Assist with lease administration, including tenancy schedule audits and rent review calculations
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required

Requirements:

  • Previous bookkeeping and data entry experience
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Intermediate MS Office skills, specifically Excel
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
