Job Title: Facilities Management Lead

Job Summary:

SA Housing Trust is seeking a highly skilled Facilities Management Lead to ensure the effective strategic management of office accommodation. The successful applicant will be accountable for leasing, maintenance, and upgrades in accordance with relevant standards and contract requirements. This role involves managing services delivered under Memoranda of Agreement with the Department of Infrastructure and Transport and Department for Human Services.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop, review, and implement protective security policies and procedures to ensure compliance with the South Australian Protective Security Framework.
  2. Lead and improve protective security services across SA Housing Trust, including developing and reviewing policies and procedures.
  3. Manage services delivered under Memoranda of Agreement with the Department of Infrastructure and Transport and Department for Human Services.

Requirements:

  • Relevant tertiary qualification in Facilities Management, Project Management, Procurement/Contract Management, Construction, Business, or Management.
  • Successful applicant will be required to complete a National Police Clearance prior to employment.
  • Australian issued Drivers Licence is required.
