Responsibilities
  • Crop management: Monitor and maintain optimal growing conditions, including light, temperature, moisture, humidity, and overall plant nutrition.
  • Propagation: Cut, stick, and care for clones; monitor and maintain Clone Room and Mother Room environment.
  • Inspect crops for pests and disease, implement Integrated Pest Management best practices.
  • Monitor plant growth during vegetative and generative stages, prune, stake, and train plants.
  • Harvest and prepare cannabis products, including processed goods.
Requirements
  • Self-motivated to learn and improve.
  • Able to work effectively, maintain a positive attitude, and adhere to tight schedules.
  • Good documentation, inventory, and organizational skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
