Job Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Garden Maintenance Team Member to join our dynamic team. As a key member, you will be responsible for maintaining the health and appearance of our gardens.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Quality Gardening Standards: Maintain high-quality gardening standards, ensuring all areas of the garden are well-manicured and attractive.
  • Equipment Operation: Operate various gardening tools, including lawn mowers, pruning shears, hedge trimmers, and other equipment as required.
  • Garden Planning: Assist in planning and implementing new garden designs, taking into account plant knowledge and horticultural practices.
  • Transportation: Drive a manual van (e.g., Renault Traffic) to transport equipment and supplies to job sites, as needed.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of work completed, including hours worked and materials used.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Proven experience in garden maintenance, with a strong understanding of plants and horticulture.
  • Driver's License: Valid driver's license and ability to drive a manual van.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Independence: Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision.
