About Our Production Role

As a key player in our food manufacturing operations, you will support our production teams in delivering high-quality products to the market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inspect and prepare incoming raw materials for processing.
  • Handle ingredients used in the production process with care and precision.
  • Operate fixed plant processing and high-speed packaging equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Clean and sanitize production lines to maintain a clean working environment.
  • Complete daily shift logs and associated paperwork accurately.
  • Participate in Continuous Improvement activities to enhance our production processes.
  • Contribute to site safety and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) activities.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A strong commitment to workplace safety, health, and wellbeing.
  • Demonstrated experience within a manufacturing, process, or mechanical related role is highly regarded.
  • A problem-solving mindset to overcome challenges.
  • The ability to commit to 8 hour shifts across a 7 day roster, including day/night/afternoon shifts.
  • High-level written and verbal communication skills, as well as time management skills and the ability to work to production schedules.
