We are currently recruiting for a Boutique Senior Coffee Specialist at our Nespresso Boutique in Perth.

This position requires our successful candidate to work a rotating roster, where late night trading and alternate weekend availability is required.

Responsibilities

  • Share your expertise and passion for coffee with our new and loyal customers, whilst also supporting our leadership team to efficiently run the Boutique. A day in the life of a Senior Coffee Specialist includes engaging and connecting customers with a high level of service and product knowledge, and maximising sales. You will oversee all staff on the floor, including performance management and creatively collaborating with team members to create a memorable customer experience.

  • Deliver memorable customer service that shines our Nespre sso brand and values.

  • Engage and connect with customers through club membership.

  • Grow knowledge of coffee and develop into an experienced Senior Coffee Specialist.

  • Ensure the successful, professional and consistent operation of the Boutique.

  • Support the onboarding process for all new employees and work with team members to achieve individual development goals.

  • Partner with the Stock Controller to achieve stock control targets.
