Critical Infrastructure Delivery Manager

As a senior project management professional, you will lead complex technical projects from initiation to delivery. Your extensive experience in managing technical projects, preferably in the electrical or HVAC space, will be highly valued.

  • Manage data centre service projects, including critical infrastructure implementation and technical services delivery.
  • Coordinate planning, change management, and stakeholder engagement to ensure alignment across internal teams and external clients.
  • Oversee project design, budgeting, and procurement, including high-level design concepts, fit-out budgets, and production lead times.
  • Support financial control and reporting, working closely with project accountants and finance teams to manage costs and risks.
  • Manage commissioning and operational transition, including testing, compliance, licensing, and documentation handover.

The ideal candidate will possess strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and the ability to work effectively across diverse technical and non-technical teams. Australian Citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a NV1 Security Clearance are essential requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage data centre service projects, ensuring successful delivery of critical infrastructure and technical services.
  • Coordinate planning, change management, and stakeholder engagement to achieve project goals.
  • Develop and manage project designs, budgets, and procurement processes to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Provide financial control and reporting, ensuring accurate and timely information for stakeholders.
  • Ensure smooth commissioning and operational transition, including testing, compliance, licensing, and documentation handover.
