Project Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of the project delivery team, you will be responsible for coordinating project activities, facilitating communication between stakeholders, managing project schedules, and ensuring the successful delivery of electronic security system projects.

The ideal candidate will have excellent project coordination, scheduling, and communication skills, with experience in the electronic security systems industry. They will also possess the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and project requirements, as well as knowledge of project management tools and software.

A Bachelor's degree in project management, engineering, or equivalent is required, along with experience working within a project team and advanced knowledge in Word and Excel. Estimating experience is also essential.

Preferred qualifications include advanced knowledge in CCTV and access control systems such as Lenel, Milestone, Gallagher, C-cure, or others. The successful candidate will be self-driven, capable of managing their own tasks, and enjoy being part of a team environment that values collaboration and innovation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate project activities and facilitate communication between stakeholders
  • Manage project schedules and ensure timely delivery of electronic security system projects
  • Develop and maintain project documentation and records
  • Collaborate with project team members to achieve project goals and objectives
Requirements
  • Excellent project coordination, scheduling, and communication skills
  • Experience in the electronic security systems industry
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and project requirements
  • Knowledge of project management tools and software

  • Experience working within a project team
  • Advanced knowledge in Word and Excel
