Security Systems Project Coordinator Job

We are seeking an experienced Security Systems Project Coordinator to join our team. This is a key role in managing the delivery of security system installations for government facilities.

The ideal candidate will have experience in coordinating projects related to electronic and physical security systems, including CCTV, access control, alarms, and intercoms. Strong communication skills and the ability to work closely with subcontractors, suppliers, and client representatives are essential for this role.

  • Manage end-to-end project delivery, ensuring compliance and quality standards are met
  • Coordinate design, installation, testing, and handover of security systems
  • Work closely with stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes
  • Manage project budgets and financial forecasts

Key qualifications for this role include:

  • Experience delivering projects related to security systems/equipment
  • Demonstrated background in capital works or technology-based infrastructure projects
  • Strong skills in project coordination, stakeholder engagement, and contractor management
  • Proficient in project management tools including MS Project, Excel, and Word
