Senior Quantity Surveyor Role:

The role of a Senior Quantity Surveyor is to provide strategic support to clients in managing construction costs and optimizing financial efficiency throughout project stages.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive cost management strategies for construction projects.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships by delivering exceptional service and meeting expectations.
  • Lead and mentor a team of Quantity Surveyors, fostering their growth and development.
  • Oversee a portfolio of projects across various sectors, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Expertise in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management, with relevant certifications and accreditations.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in Quantity Surveying, with a proven track record of success.
  • Membership in an approved Professional Body, such as AIQS, RICS, or CIOB, preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of the local construction industry, including development, contracting, and consulting sectors.
