Senior Cost Management Specialist

This senior cost management role offers a unique chance to leverage your expertise in project delivery, strategic asset management, and advisory services. You will collaborate with a diverse team across the private and public sectors.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in quantity surveying, with experience in managing costs associated with building projects, creating and maintaining cost plans, and mentoring junior team members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage costs and ensure financial efficiency
- Build relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members
- Develop and maintain cost plans, manage budgets, and contribute to project delivery
- Mentor and support junior team members in their professional development
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor, preferably at a senior level
- Excellent communication skills for effective working relationships
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Passionate about the construction industry and detail-oriented
