Job Description

This role involves leading client engagements, developing strategies and programs for large clients, and partnering with teams to deliver value in a strategy and transformation practice.

The ideal candidate will have experience in consulting, corporate strategy, business intelligence, business line management, or product management. They should also be able to identify new business development opportunities and draft proposals and scope new opportunities.

  • Lead client engagements across various industries and problem statements.
  • Develop strategies and programs for large, regional, and global clients by leveraging data and technology solutions.
  • Own key relationships with mid-level to senior client stakeholders and assess client agenda, internal culture, and change readiness.
  • Lead team to creative insights and sound business recommendations, deliver impactful client presentations, and grow team members' roles and skills.
  • Provide analytical and day-to-day project delivery team leadership, and foster a collaborative and inclusive environment for all levels.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to scope projects, create relevant solutions for clients, and build the firm's intellectual capital.
