Drive Strategic Transformation as a Senior Manager

Pexa is revolutionising the property settlement process in Australia, helping over 20,000 people a week settle their homes safely through our digital platform.

The Transformation Senior Manager plays a critical role within the office of the CEO, supporting the Chief of Staff to drive execution of Pexa's most important strategic priorities.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead the delivery of CEO-led initiatives including special projects and enterprise transformation programs.
  2. Oversee the continuous improvement of executive governance forums and operating rhythms to ensure effective, timely outcomes.
  3. Provide advisory support to the CEO through the provision of structured, well-researched data and recommendations for action follow-through.
  4. Guide the strategic direction and decision-making of the business through insights into the competitive positioning of the business to inform strategic direction.
  5. Oversee the development, performance, and delivery of strategic OKRs aligned to the CEO's transformation goals.

Our ideal candidate will have extensive experience in a top-tier management consulting firm or equivalent internal strategy, transformation, or PMO role. They will also possess broad experience working at the organisational strategic level, with knowledge of transformation principles and operating model change.
