About the Role

This is a pivotal leadership opportunity to head up a team responsible for delivering specialist power services operational support to internal and external clients.

The role requires a combination of technical knowledge, leadership and change management skills to drive improvements to technology and process in a fluid environment with significant organisational change and growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team to deliver continuous transmission and effective plant monitoring
  • Provide expertise around the development and improvement of SAHVEA
  • Drive real-time operational network support and make assured decisions under pressure
  • Build and foster strong relationships with a broad stakeholder group and large team
Requirements
  • Engineering qualified preferably within an electrical discipline
  • A proven background/understanding within the energy industry
  • Previous experience working within transmission, distribution or generation
  • High level of understanding within HV Operational Networks
  • Extensive leadership experience and a drive for continuous improvement
