The Team Leader for Power System Performance will be responsible for providing strategic direction to our Grid Control Planning Engineers, ensuring the efficient and reliable operation of our power systems.

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual with a strong background in electrical engineering and leadership experience to contribute to our success.

About the Role
  • Lead a team of 8 Grid Control Planning Engineers to achieve technical and commercial outcomes
  • Develop and implement innovative solutions to improve power system performance and mitigate risks
  • Represent our organization in industry forums and collaborate with regulatory bodies to influence standards and regulations
Requirements
  • A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
  • Registered Professional Engineer of Queensland (RPEQ) or willingness to obtain
  • Expert knowledge of power system dynamics, network modelling, and analysis techniques
  • Demonstrated leadership experience in coordinating technical teams
