We are seeking a seasoned executive to join our Asia Pacific team as a Director of Asset Management. This role will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and executing asset management initiatives that drive business growth and value creation.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in asset management, development, and/or investment, with a minimum of 8-9 years of experience. They will possess excellent analytical and technical skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

You will lead the implementation of annual asset business plans, identify and evaluate redevelopment, reconfiguration, or refurbishment initiatives, and execute multiple projects simultaneously. You will also build and utilize a comprehensive network in the APAC real estate market, managing relationships with key partners and working with internal teams across Oxford.
