Overview

A leading private real estate fund manager is seeking an Investment Manager to join their Sydney team and play a key role in driving portfolio performance and future growth. With a diversified portfolio across office, retail, and healthcare assets, this is a rare opportunity to join an ambitious platform at an exciting stage of expansion.

Role

Reporting directly to senior leadership, you will take ownership of asset management across the national portfolio, including leasing, repositioning, capital expenditure, and valuations. You will also gain exposure to acquisitions, development feasibilities, capital raising, and fund reporting. The position includes monthly interstate travel to oversee key assets.

Key responsibilities
  • Develop and execute asset strategies to maximise income and capital growth
  • Lead leasing and tenant negotiations, building strong external relationships
  • Manage financial reporting, forecasts, and valuations
  • Support acquisitions, development feasibilities, and investor reporting
About you
  • 5–10 years' experience in asset or investment management, funds management, or property finance
  • Strong financial modelling and leasing negotiation experience
  • Confident communicator with ability to present to Boards and external stakeholders
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on approach
