Real Estate Asset Management Director

This is an exceptional opportunity to join our team as a Director, focusing on asset management. You will work with a collaborative culture that values mutual respect and cognitive diversity.

The role involves leading the identification and implementation of asset management initiatives, creating annual business plans, and evaluating technical and environmental considerations for new investment opportunities.

You will be responsible for building and utilizing a comprehensive network in the APAC real estate market, managing relationships with key partners, and working with internal teams across the organization.

The ideal candidate will have strong interest in real estate with a minimum of 8-9 years of experience in asset management, development, and/or investment. They should demonstrate experience in leading projects across the development lifecycle and possess strong analytical and technical skills.
