Senior Australian Real Estate Investment Manager

The Senior Australian Real Estate Investment Manager will be responsible for managing a team and overseeing direct real estate transactions in Australia.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the real estate sector, preferably from institutional asset management, investment banking, private equity, or real estate development.
Demonstrable track record of sourcing and closing Australian real estate transactions across commercial and/or residential assets is required.
A strong network of investors with established relationships can leverage new business opportunities in direct real estate mandates for Australia.
About the RoleThis role requires a senior professional with expertise in structuring real estate transactions on behalf of foreign capital for non-discretionary and discretionary investment accounts.
Candidates should have sound experience across both direct real estate transactions/acquisitions and asset management.
This position involves driving investment strategies and executing Australian opportunities from a market perspective.
Responsibilities- Sourcing and closing Australian real estate transactions across commercial and/or residential assets
- Leading the full transaction life-cycle, including sourcing acquisitions, underwriting, evaluating, negotiating agreements, coordinating due diligence, and closing deals
- Executing all capital market activities related to financing assets according to Portfolio Managers' requirements
- Driving investment strategies and executing Australian opportunities from a market perspective
- Extensive experience in the real estate sector
- Demonstrable track record of sourcing and closing Australian real estate transactions
- Established relationships with investors that can be leveraged to drive new business in direct real estate mandates for Australia
