Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tech Support Specialist to join our team. This role involves providing exceptional technology support services to end-users on all Technology-related activities.

Your primary responsibilities will include responding to technology support requests during incident management, updating existing knowledge bases, supporting senior stakeholders and executives, and providing smart-hands assistance for infrastructure services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver top-notch onsite technology services for end-users on all Technology-related activities
  • Respond promptly to technology support needs during incident management
  • Update knowledge bases with solutions for commonly encountered issues
  • Provide expert support to senior stakeholders and executives
  • Offer hands-on assistance for infrastructure services
  • Manage technology support for employee onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Administer and optimize support processes and procedures
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in technology end-user support
  • Experience in end user support at the Financial Services Industry is a plus
Technical Skills
  • Expertise in Windows OS environment, M365 environment, OSX platform, and mobile device support including Intune Mobile Device Management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in using Video Conferencing systems, SCCM, Active Directory, and Remote support tools
