Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated IT/Tech Support Specialist to provide on-site and remote technical assistance to our global team.

This role involves troubleshooting hardware devices, managing assets, and contributing to our global support model.

The successful candidate will also provide AV support for all events in the Sydney/ANZ region and work closely with the IT Group and Tech Support Team to continually improve our service delivery model.

Experience in administering and supporting tools such as Canva, Google Workspace, Okta, Jira, Confluence, Slack, and Zoom is highly desirable.

Excellent customer service skills, communication skills, and experience in managing multiple tasks and priorities are essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide on-site and remote technical support to the global team
  • Support and troubleshoot all on-site hardware devices
  • Manage company assets, including maintaining accurate records and procurement
  • Contribute to our global support model through responding to service requests
  • Provide AV support for all events in the Sydney/ANZ region
Requirements:
  • Excellent customer service skills

  • Hands-on experience using AI to drive greater impact
