Tech Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Tech Support Specialist to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about providing excellent customer service and support.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to end-users via phone, email, and in-person. They will also be required to troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues, as well as provide training and guidance to staff on the use of technology.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to end-users via various channels
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues
  • Provide training and guidance to staff on the use of technology
  • Collaborate with other teams to resolve complex technical issues
  • Stay up-to-date with new technologies and trends

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least three years of experience in a similar role
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft technologies including Office, O365, Windows 10 Pro, Server, Active Directory etc.
  • Experience of supporting end-user access management tools such as Active Directory
  • Basic troubleshooting skills for mobile devices specifically Apple iOS / MacOS and Android
  • Proven experience in Desktop Support utilising a computerised Service Management Ticketing System
  • Superior Customer Service skills and solid interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
  • Diligence to adhere to security and regulatory processes
