Tech Support Specialist

Deliver high-quality technical support for daily operations of our organisation's ICT systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and meet or exceed defined SLAs
  • Evaluate performance issues with internal and external providers to prevent adverse impacts on business continuity
  • Coordinate setup activities for computers, printers, multifunction devices, AV equipment, and other information systems
  • Offer technical guidance and leadership to customers on products, systems, and configuration
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated experience in a similar role providing excellent customer service and ICT technical support
  • Outstanding communication skills and natural aptitude for assisting customers
  • Excellent network, server, and workstation diagnostic skills
  • Strong working experience with Windows Server Administration, Microsoft 365 & Exchange, as well as cloud-hosted systems (Microsoft Azure & AWS)
