Digitization Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and recommend solutions to address records management risks and vulnerabilities
  • Engage stakeholders to ensure adherence to legislative requirements
  • Provide strategic guidance on digital disposal and archiving strategies across systems and data environments
  • Support long-term preservation and access to high-value digital records
  • Maintain and enhance information asset registers and related governance tools
About You:
  • Tertiary qualification in Information Management, IT, Archives, or related field, or equivalent experience in legal, financial, or government sectors
  • Knowledge of records management legislation and standards (e.g. Archives Act 1983, Privacy Act)
  • Experience with emerging technologies and modern digital recordkeeping practices
  • Strong problem-solving skills for stakeholder and system-related issues
