About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced commercial and contracts professional to join our team at Raytheon Australia.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing commercial advice and developing solutions to achieve stakeholder objectives within a compliance framework.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide commercial guidance and support to stakeholders on contract management, negotiations, and supplier relationships.
  • Develop and maintain positive customer and partner relationships to ensure successful contract performance.
  • Contribute to bid and proposal activities, including the preparation of commercial elements and participation in management reviews.
  • Interpret and advise on customer procurement policy, company policy, and contract requirements to inform decision-making.
  • Serve as a point of contact for customer and supplier interfaces during all phases of contract performance.
Requirements
  • A degree in Business, Commerce, or Law, with a minimum of 8 years relevant experience in a similar role.
  • Demonstrated experience in commercial management, including contract management, negotiations, supplier management, and customer engagement.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and maintaining positive customer/partner relationships.
  • A self-motivated team player with the ability to work independently with limited oversight.
  • An ability to influence parties at an operational level to achieve objectives within a compliance framework.
