Customer Service Representative

Job Summary
Hearing Australia is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Customer Service Officer to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to clients of all backgrounds, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet clients, attend to all counter and telephone enquiries, and provide timely and effective solutions to their queries.
- Cover reception and undertake general administration duties, including booking client appointments, processing claims, data entry, and monthly reports.
- Liaise extensively with clients, including children and adults with complex needs, as well as clients from multicultural and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander backgrounds.
- Perform minor hearing aid repairs and troubleshooting, and assist Clinicians with the provision of clinical services by proactively identifying client needs, offering professional advice, and demonstrating the use of hearing aids.
Requirements
- Experience as a proactive problem solver with a desire to accept responsibility and take ownership of your work.
- Intermediate/advanced level computer literacy and some exposure or working knowledge of iPad applications.
- A desire to work within an organisation that contributes to the greater good and provides genuinely rewarding work, making a difference to the lives of our clients and their families.
