Senior Culinary Professional

Exceptional gastronomy experiences begin with exceptional people. We're seeking a skilled Senior Culinary Professional to join our dynamic team and contribute to delivering outstanding luxury experiences for our discerning guests.

Serving guests with flair and professionalism is at the heart of this role. You'll be responsible for ensuring requests are met promptly and efficiently, while providing personalized service that exceeds expectations.

To excel in this position, you'll need to embody the art of French hospitality with a 'can-do' attitude. This means performing tasks in a timely manner, maintaining clean and tidy working areas, and preventing cross-contamination.

You'll also work collaboratively with senior chefs on menu preparation and ensure adequate supplies for service. Meeting service and brand standards while on shift is crucial, as is maintaining good working relationships with colleagues across departments.

This role requires strong communication skills, commercial cookery qualifications, and 1-2 years' experience in a similar position. A genuine passion for gastronomy and creating unique dining experiences is essential, as is a working understanding of food safety standards and HACCP.

Qualifications:

  • Commercial Cookery Qualification.

  • Professional Appearance.
  • Ability to Work Rotating Rosters Including Weekends & Public Holidays.
  • Genuine Passion for Gastronomy.
  • Working Understanding of Food Safety Standards and HACCP.
