Signature Appliances is a luxury retailer of premium kitchen and laundry appliances. Signature Appliances is part of Bing Lee Premium Brands. Bing Lee Premium Brands include Signature Appliances, Miele Partner Centre Drummoyne and our La Cornue Boutique in Surry Hills. We are looking for a Brand Ambassador/Culinary Expert to join our fantastic team.

The Signature Appliances Brand Ambassador / Culinary Expert is responsible for creating a warm & friendly environment where customers are made to feel welcome and at home whilst experiencing our industry best culinary program throughout the Bing Lee Premium Brands group of showrooms.

You will underpin and support the sales team by preparing and delivering delicious recipes through our culinary program, that evoke emotion and passion not only for the Signature brand but also our valued suppliers.

You will take the lead when planning and coordinating cooking demonstration and play and integral part when planning industry events within the Premium group of showrooms. You will ensure that the Signature Appliances promise of providing exceptional customer service, in a warm and welcoming environment is delivered through your wonderful food and culinary expertise.

Whilst delivering best practice customer service, you should pose exceptional culinary & product knowledge and maintain and adheres to operational standards.

Duties include, but are not limited to, maintaining the culinary calendar, coordinating and conducting cooking demonstrations, preparing menus & recipes, ordering food items to keep the pantry stocked, and ensuring that the kitchen facilities and dining areas are clean & hygienic, and maintained to the highest standard at all times.

As our Brand Ambassador/Culinary Expert, you will be responsible for showcasing our innovative kitchen appliances through live demonstrations.

Your culinary expertise will allow you to engage customers, highlight the features and benefits of our suppliers' products, and inspire confidence in our customers purchasing decisions.

The Successful Candidate will have:


• An ability to communicate confidently and clearly with partners, clients and customers.


• An ability to be flexible, adaptable and solve problems.


• A customer first approach supported by excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to showcase our brand with passion and enthusiasm.


• A willingness to develop a high level of product knowledge and continue to engage in training. Be trained by our suppliers and help train internal staff as well.


• Flexibility with time and rostering for both weekdays and evenings - must be available to support with events during evenings. Weekend work may be required from time to time.


• Skills to educate customers in both pre & post sale.


• An ability to create and prepare unique recipes & food for industry events.


• An Outgoing and bubbly personality.


• An ability to work both autonomously and as part of a dynamic team.


• Your own vehicle and a willingness to travel to various locations around Sydney.


• A passion for food, appliances and a strong ability to engage and educate people.
