About the Role:
The Opportunity:
We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Client Advisor to join our team.
This role involves being an ambassador for luxury fashion, cultivating lasting relationships with discerning clientele, and providing expert guidance and personalized service that reflects the brand's DNA at every touchpoint.

Responsibilities:
Elevate client experience by immersing them in the world of luxury fashion. Drive sales performance by showcasing the breadth of the collection, engaging in upselling and cross-selling strategies to exceed targets and KPIs. Cultivate and expand the luxury community through strategic CRM activities, exclusive events, and targeted marketing initiatives. Uphold the highest standards of visual merchandising and store presentation, ensuring a captivating and luxurious environment that aligns with the aesthetic.

Key Requirements & Competencies:
A strong eye for detail accompanied by experience in clienteling, knowledge of materials, and appreciation for craftsmanship. Proven retail sales experience with a passion for providing exceptional customer service. Agile, hungry individuals with a fire in their belly. Excellent personal presentation. Bilingual speakers advantageous. Luxury retail experience advantageous.
