Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Human Resources professional to join our team as a Business Partner. This role will be responsible for driving strategic initiatives that enhance employee attraction, retention, inclusion, diversity, and engagement across the organization.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business partnering, employee relations, or corporate HR functions, with a qualification in Human Resources or a related discipline. They will be able to operate at both strategic and operational levels, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

The Business Partner will work closely with stakeholders across the organization to create meaningful workplace improvements and navigate change management processes. They will also be responsible for managing performance and development cycles, supporting employees as they grow within their roles and linking individual ambitions with company-wide success.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong background in business partnering, employee relations, or corporate HR functions
  • Qualification in Human Resources or a related discipline
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to operate at both strategic and operational levels
