The role of Human Resources Business Partner plays a crucial part in the organisation, providing sound guidance and advice to their programs.
Key Responsibilities- Providing human resources partnering services to various programs within the organisation.
- Delivering industrial relations advice and support to staff members.
- Investigating workplace incidents and managing cases.
- Interpreting awards and implementing organisational policies.
- A tertiary qualification in human resources or a related field.
- At least 3 years' experience in a human resources partnering role with significant experience in industrial matters.
- Demonstrated skills in investigations, case management, and award interpretation in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven organisational skills and ability to take on multiple projects.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and capacity to work collaboratively with others.
- Knowledge of the community services sector is highly valued.
