The Human Resources Business Partner plays an integral role in the organisation, providing sound guidance and advice to their programs.
You will be working alongside a team of Human Resources Business Partners located across Australia and you will work closely with the recruitment team.This role is a full time fixed-term parental leave cover position (until September 2026) primarily located from our Blacktown Office.
The successful candidate will be required to work a minimum of three days per week from the office and may be required to travel.We are seeking a candidate who has:Relevant tertiary qualification in Human Resources or related discipline;Minimum 3 years experience in a Human Resources Partnering role with significant experience in industrial matters;Demonstrated experience in investigations, case management and award interpretation in a large-scale fast-paced environment;Demonstrated organisational skills and the proven capacity to take on and deliver on multiple and varied projectsExcellent interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated capacity to work collaboratively with others and exercise influence in a diversity of contextsKnowledge of or interest in the community services sector is highly valued.If this sounds like a position that you might be interested then we are looking to hear from you.
