Role Summary
The Junior HR Business Partner will serve as the primary Human Resources contact for business units, providing expert guidance and support throughout the employee lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Human Resources, collaborating with business units to drive strategic initiatives and develop effective HR solutions.
- Provide tailored HR advice and recommendations to managers and employees, ensuring seamless integration of HR services across the organization.
- Support line managers in performance management, disciplinary processes, and employee conduct concerns, while offering expert guidance on key issues.
- Collaborate with the broader HR team to design and implement organizational culture and employee engagement initiatives.
Requirements:
- Significant HR Generalist experience in a highly regulated environment, such as financial services.
- Excellent communication and partnering skills, with the ability to adapt quickly to new environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the capacity to think critically and develop innovative HR solutions.
