Lead the Front Office Team

We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to lead our front office team in delivering exceptional patient care and services.

  • Responsibilities include:

    • Leading and supporting the reception team of front office coordinators
    • Overseeing delivery of high-quality patient service, communication, and care
    • Monitoring appointment scheduling, patient flow, and reporting on key front office KPIs
    • Training and mentoring new and existing team members
    • Acting as an escalation point for patient feedback
    • Managing relevant practice records and registers
    • Proactively identifying and resolving front office issues
