The role of Manager is a pivotal position within our organisation, offering the chance to lead a team of professionals delivering trauma-informed and therapeutic case management services.
This leadership opportunity involves overseeing the provision of permanency services, ensuring the best possible outcomes for children, young people, and their families. Collaborating with stakeholders, developing effective support plans tailored to individual needs is also key.
We seek an experienced manager with a solid understanding of the NSW Permanency Support Program, including emerging issues and developments.
The ideal candidate will be an innate leader who can work autonomously when necessary and have strong knowledge of long-term goals, values, activities, and work practices.
- Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work or a related discipline required.
- A minimum of five years' experience working with Children and Young People in OOHC essential.
- Experience in working with Aboriginal young people, their families, and their communities highly valued.
