Restaurant Manager and Event Leader

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Restaurant Manager and Event Leader at a prominent dining establishment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing front and back of house operations, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and driving sales growth.

Key Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 1 year's experience in a leadership role with a strong desire for career advancement
  • Strong beverage knowledge and a background in beverage service would be highly beneficial
  • Financial acumen – understanding of profit and loss statements, budgets, gross profit, wages, rosters & forecasting
  • Experience in setting staff and company goals, increasing sales, and controlling front and back of house procedures, food compliance, licensing
  • Solutions focused mindset, proven ability to work autonomously
  • Skills in recruiting, training, and developing new team members
  • Experience in developing managers and managing underperforming staff
  • Self-motivation and exceptional organizational skills
